Welcome to the legendary
Meeteetse Labor Day Rodeo!
Located in our small town in Meeteetse, Wyoming, our rodeo has been run annually for over 110 years. Although the producers and athletes have changed over the years, the rodeo has remained. The rodeo is the culmination of Meeteetse’s Labor Day Celebration and sure to be a great family friendly event.
This rodeo has been supported and funded by families and businesses all over the Big Horn Basin.
Labor Day Weekend in the Wild West: Where hard work meets high noon fun!!
Saturday-Monday: Craft Fair starting at 10:30am-4pm
Saturday:
Cornhole Tournament 11:00 am
Car show (time to be determined)
Sunday:
Chuck Perkins Memorial roping 9am
Horseshoe Tournament
Goat Roping 7pm (kid ropes provided). $10/man/run. Entries at 6:30pm
Monday:
Pancake Breakfast at Senior Center 8am
Parade at 10:00
Street Games 11:00am
Labor Day Rodeo 1:00 pm
Duck Race 6:00 pm

Labor Day in Meeteetse is a tradition of over 110 years and we love to finish off the weekend with our traditional rodeo. All events are represented, with slack beginning in the morning. This rodeo has been the Big Horn Rodeo Circuit finale since 2015! Circuit champions are named following the last event.
